For Internet Explorer go to "Tools"->"Internet Options..." on the menu. Select the "Security" tab. Click on "Custom Level...". In the "Security Settings" dialog box, find the "Active scripting" option in the "Scripting" section of the list. Click "Enable" or "Prompt".

For FireFox, go to "Tools"->"Options" on the menu. Select the "Content" tab and click the "Enable JavaScript" checkbox.

For Safari, go to "Safari"->"Preferences" on the menu. Select the "Security" tab and check the "Enable JavaScript" checkbox.
